Great location about 5 mins from M4. Cottage was spotless and we were allowed an early check in, which was really helpful. Pub close by for evening meal. Would definitely recommend!

The accomodation was exactly as described, comfortable with very good facilities. Pam and Ron had good communication and clearly want people to enjoy their stay, which I did.

Great place to stay. Perfect location for access to Newbury showground. Great pub in walking distance, good food and good atmosphere. Nice room, cosy, and with all you need for a short break. Cassie was very responsive to messages and couldn't have been more helpful with local recommendations etc. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a month while on placement near by and it was perfect for what I was after. Would definitely need a car to get around but close enough to Newbury to not feel too isolated! Thank you Tracy for a lovely stay
