You have access to the entire property, with enclosed garden for up to 2 dogs and 8 acres of fields, woodlands and a river to explore. Here you are perfectly located for an active holiday whether it be walking, running or cycling. If you just want to relax there is plenty of opportunity to do that too. We do not live on site but live about 20 mins away and are on hand if needed.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

With awesome mountain and lake views Ty Coch is an ideal base to explore the mountains and history of Snowdonia or a quiet retreat to relax and unwind. Guest decking with seating and Snowdon views. There is a self catering well equipped kitchen (4 ring hob, Oven, Grill, Toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso maker, Etc. Etc.) , Log burner (Wood is provided) , Wifi (fast fibre Internet), TV etc.

Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. When you book The Granary, you get: peace & quiet in a rural location, a woodburning hilltop sauna with a glass wall and fantastic views over the countryside. parking next to the cottage. You have a perfect lake for wild swimming, with 2 Kayaks and rowing boat. There are fantastic walks right from the doorstep and recommendations for walks and activities a short drive away.
