Holiday rentals with lake access in Snowy River Shire Council

The house is perfect for two families (we were 4+2). Location is super convenient and walking distance to town center/shops. The house is very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities provided including a small outdoor garden area with BBQ and a view of the Jindabyne lake. We enjoyed our stay and will surely we back!

My family stayed at Sarah’s place over the Easter long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Specially during the sunrise time the lake and valley looked picturesque. To quote my 4 year old nephew, “this place is amazing”. Sarah was always responded to messages with great care and provided clear instructions to check in. She is indeed a super host.

Brooke’s place was absolutely amazing! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described - if not better. Brooke was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

The tree house is just located on a lake side. It's peaceful and cosy. After busy working and studying, it's a perfect place for my family to spend some quiet time together. We came on the summer holiday. In the morning, many little friends come to greet us on the first dawn. Birds singing, kangaroos dancing, rabbits hopping and colourful parrots joining the breaky. Isn't that nice! We found a good place to close to the nature. We got back all clean energy and refreshed ourselves. The house has got all equipments we need. And there has WIFI. Host Kelli is very thoughtful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

First time in a tiny house, and it did not feel tiny at all. Well spaced. Beautifully decorated and well equipped kitchen Love the addition of dog blankets and sheets for the dawg to have a spot on the couch Leah is super accommodating and friendly and quick to respond to messages. Beautiful place. It's our second time we stayed at this house. Really enjoyed the fireplace after the day on the hill. Kitchen was fully equipped and beds were vey clean and comfy. Thank you Mike for the nice present on arrival. Hope to stay here next time.

Stayed for a few nights while at Ultra Trail Kosci, plenty of space and all the amenities needed, great location - quiet and private but walkable to the main part of Jindabyne. Katie was super helpful when we had car troubles. Would stay again and recommend to others

The house was in a nice location close to Jindabyne shops. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here, so much so that we extended it! Molly’s place was beautifully presented, very clean and well equipped, had comfy beds and the most amazing view to wake up to! We enjoyed a fire on the chilly nights and dinner on the balcony on the balmy ones. A family friendly apartment with so much to do at our doorstep. Platypus added bonus! Thank you for having us and for your quick responses.. we can’t wait to return :)

Jo’s place was perfect for us cosy & clean with a beautiful outlook over the lake. Precisely what we needed after a day exploring the mountains to come back & sit on the balcony, wander down to the lake or an easy walk into town for dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Loved staying at Dean's place, great views, close to everything. Nice furnishings made it extra special over other Horizons apartments we have stayed in. Dean was quick to respond to any questions and quick to advise when we could check in. Thanks for a great stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at this studio. The apartment was absolutely pristine and in a good location, and Dawn had stocked it with lots of goodies to make it a very enjoyable stay. Dawn herself was very friendly and easy going. I've already recommended this place to my family and would do the same for any friends planning to visit the snowies.

A wonderful stay and great view from our balcony. This place is close by to the shops, restaurants and the beautiful lake Jindabyne. Madison is a wonderful host and the place had everything that you required. We hope to return soon. :)

Had a great stay at Raymond’s place. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely, fresh and modern cabin with spectacular views. Tim was easy to communicate with, the place was spotless and provided everything we needed to cook a few easy meals and potter about in between time out on the lake. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Stayed at the Waratah House while working in the area. The house was a perfect base for our work. Comfortable and well equiped kitchen. Host was receptive to our questions and needs. Recommend if you are staying for work or leisure.

We had an amazing time! Lise paid such great attention to detail with everything on the property. The home was very clean and had the listed amenities. The view was spectacular, especially with the surrounding hills. We loved the canoeing experience on the property and meeting the farm animals and wildlife. Overall, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and I can't recommend this property enough!

Thank you, Ken and Judy for allowing us to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the cottage at The Outpost. To arrive to the display of autumn colours in the afternoon sun was an unexpected surprise. The cottage was perfect (nothing nicer than to be welcomed by a hearty fire and a bottle of red). It certainly exceeded our expectations - and the extra touches, (such as electric blankets and the heated bathroom floor,) were much appreciated. We loved the walks on the property and along the fishing beat on the Murrumbidgee. Mike and Rose kept a low profile, but were there to answer any questions. Our few days were way too short for us and we are already looking at dates for a return visit in the warmer months so we can say hi to the resident platypus and maybe land a trout. Clean tidy home. Great view. Close to the snowfields.

Super nice views of the lake, only 7-8 mins into the nearest town and close to Selwyn snowfields (which is why I chose to stay here). Careful driving in/out early/late at night, LOTS of animals on the roads (cool for my passengers!). Was provided a free loaf of super nice sourdough bread upon arrival (which I enjoyed!) The house was warm, and the host offered to restock the wood fire each day (it was winter) and it was lovely coming back to a super warm/toasty place. Beds were comfortable, although one of the 'rooms' is just a corner with a curtain so not super private but for a family it's fine. Host was super responsive and helpful. No wifi, which is described in the listing - but I had 0 Vodafone reception (Telstra was OK) so if this is important to you you should consider this. This did give my kids a chance to experience using a DVD player for the first time in their life! haha (great choice of movies). Would stay here again.

Me and my family had an absolutely amazing time, the house was beautiful with amazing views, it was only and hour from the snow, Klaus was absolutely so helpful and friendly he really made us all feel at home, we recommend them and we will definitely be coming back again, once again thank you for your hospitality Klaus
