The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två tonåringar, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. The beds are made & towels are provided. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker & hot plate for easy food preparation. Rural house in Hälsingland

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
