Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampoline is in the yard. Electric car charger available.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

The cottage has 2 bedrooms with sleeping place for 4, a modern kitchen, large and nice public area as well as terrace with barbecue grill. A full bathroom with washing machine and shower. The cottage is located 10 minutes by car from central Söderhamn and 10 minutes walking distance to the golf course as well as public beach. An idyllic location for both sun and silence.

Hedvig

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. The apartment we have named Hedvig after my grandmother who together with her husband Lars-Emil was the first in our family to start the sawmill. The house the apartment is located in was built around 1880 and belonged to a sawmill and later planing. The apartment is originally a service residence and some carpentry houses are left but some is also new. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2024.

Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
