The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

Great place, no problems with neighbors. Even though it’s on the main road, cars don’t disturb. Excellent synchronous electrical appliances.

I was very happy with this place last time I stayed here, which led to my decision to choose it for another stay in Sofia. My positive sentiment was re-affirmed – one has every amenity inside for a relatively long stay in the capital with a quick connection to the subway system. The host, Terry, was very responsive and provided useful help whenever a question sprung up or an issue was encountered.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. It has everything according to your needs. The apartment is located close to bus stops and metro. There is an elevator in the building, which is a big advantage. Very good sleep and feel rested. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time I am staying at the apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful. The flat is spacious, stylish and clean. I look forward to staying there next time I am in Sofia again.

Teodora was very responsive host. We had everything we needed. The only missing thing included in the flat description was a hairdryer. The flat location is good, close to the metro station and supermarkets. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

This was a beautiful place and would go there again without question. Clean and spacious, close to Malll for shopping and groceries. Very comfortable place to stay.
