We are delighted with the White House in Divotino. Our youngest family member and his guest friends - children from 2 to 7 years - had a great time in the amazing children's playground and in the pool. Galina was like a grandmother to them and provided comfort to all of us. The house is unique - with great views and countless opportunities for relaxation. We can't wait to get back for more great holidays!

We are here for the third time and again everything is on a high level. Clean, has everything you need, close to transport, 10 minutes from the center and attractions, two minutes to a large market - great. We will come for the fourth time. We recommend this place!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

We booked at very short notice and Georgi managed to accommodate us within an hour. The property was warm, quiet, and comfortable, and there was a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, which was very convenient. The apartment was well equipped, and was perfect for us.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

Fadi is a great host, responsive and communication with him is quick and easy. The accommodation was clean, quiet and peaceful. The photos fully responded to reality. The possibility of free parking in the area was another advantage for people who came by car. Highly recommend!

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay! The house was beautifully designed, spacious, and in the perfect location to explore Sofia. Lubo was super responsive and made sure everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

In the neighbourhood a lot of things to do. Shopping Mall, Aquapark, Centrum and a lot of bars and restaurants. The appartement was very clean and big enough for 4 persons. The reaction from Anna is always very quick! It is very quiet and the beds are good. So we enjoy the time in the appartment!

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The house is modern and very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Despite being so close to everything, it feels like a peaceful escape from the city. We would definitely stay here again!

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

The studio was great – cozy, clean and very nice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the pictures. I would stay again with pleasure and highly recommend!
