Apartment holiday rentals in Sofia Province

We had a fantastic stay at Plamenka's apartment and I can honestly say that she's one of the best hosts I have ever experienced! Plamenka was always responsive, friendly and forthcoming and there for us when we had questions. The flat is squeaky clean, very charming and cosy, with really everything that one needs for a lovely stay in Sofia at hand. Despite it's very central location, it's really calm and quiet and just very inviting, comfortable and cosy. The metro station is about 5-6 minutes of walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants around the corner from and it just feels like you're in the centre of the city, but still able to enjoy the calmness of the flat. We're looking forward to hopefully staying at the flat again soon and can honestly only recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting Sofia. :) Thank you for everything, Plamenka! :)

Great value self catering apartment ideal for a family ski trip. Responsive, helpful host. The only thing I would say don't go by what the hotel says on its website, we made the mistake of thinking there was a pool, sauna and restaurant, sadly it does not and it's a bit of a hike up hill to the centre of the resort.

Nadia’s place is fantastic. Lots of lights and power outlets. Comfortable floor plan. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from public transit, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, well secured location. I highly recommend Nadia’s place for your next trip to Sofia.

We where completely satisfied, the apartment is very spacious and has great open view. The location is perfect, next to the subway, with many local shops and street food

l appartamento è nuovissimo, in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, si è al 12 piano con ascensore e si gode di una vista a 360 gradi sulla città! ampi spazi interni dotati di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e grandi bagni forniti di tutto. sicuramente da consigliare ad altri ospiti! grazie all host!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com a nossa hospedagem. Estivemos em 6 pessoas e a acomodação foi bastante confortável a todos! Bem localizado e fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade ! Acomodação limpa e entrega o prometido no anúncio do Airbnb. Anfitriã sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Tranquilamente recomendo !

Overall it was really great, the place at night looks a bit creepy but other than that the apartment is equipped with everything I needed for my stay, it was very fun that the TV had YouTube, Netflix and Chromcast

Nous ne pouvons que recommander !!! L'appartement est vraiment super sympa et cool. On est proche des bus et tram, un peu loin du métro, mais franchement, ça le fait, de plus, les taxis sont pas chers donc.... Et l'appartement en vaut vraiment la peine, nous avons passer de très bons moments sur la terrasse. Pas de bol, l'appartement du dessous était en travaux, donc reveil à 9-10h, mais franchement, pas de soucis. Pour le reste, rien à dire, Hôte super sympa et réactive. Nous conseillons et gardons l'adresse sous le coude.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Wir haben als Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt für zweieinhalb Wochen gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist eine schöne, modernisierte Altbauwohnung, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Wir waren im Winter da und die Heizungen funktionierten alle super und es war angenehm warm. Nina war zu jeder Zeit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft und Nina als Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Прекарахме няколко дни там и успяхме да се почувстваме като у дома си. Апартаментът беше оборудван с всичко необходимо в банята, кухнята и спалнята. Има пералня, ютия, дъска за гладене и сешоар. Бихме ви посетили отново.

Gergena and Ivo are great hosts. They gave us lots of insides and many advices. In an apartment you'll have everything you'll need, location is perfect. Bus stop few meters from apartment, close to metro.

Този апартамент ми е любимото място за престой, когато съм в града – отсядам тук всеки път и винаги съм изключително доволна. 😊 Апартаментът е просторен, уютен и отлично поддържан. Има всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой – удобна кухня, удобно легло и винаги безупречна чистота. Локацията също е перфектна – в тих район, но същевременно близо до всичко важно. Домакините са невероятни – винаги отзивчиви и коректни. Чувствам се почти като у дома си и с удоволствие бих го препоръчала на всеки, който търси сигурност, комфорт и спокойствие!

We had a fantastic stay at Bistra’s apartment, when we stayed for a week’s skiing. It’s nice warm place in the really functional Euphoria complex, which includes a good restaurant - affordable and great quality breakfast buffet. Good a la carte menu in the evening. Together with swimming pools and other facilities - all extra charge but helpful to have them as an option. The apartment itself has really good sized bedrooms with lots of storage for clothes. Extra blankets on hand if needed. There’s a very comfortable large double bed in the main bedroom. I’m 1.96m tall and it was very roomy. There are also heated floors in the bathroom. Kitchenette is not badly stocked and has a toaster and kettle with the hob for breakfasts and the odd dinner. It could do with a bit more crockery and chairs etc to make it really comfortable for four people. All in all though a great place to have as a base to explore the local Ski slopes.

What a wonderful host! Made sure we were comfortable, showed us round the place, made recommendations and very easily contactable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay more!

The host and the place were amaizing! Super quiet and peaceful house, the only thing you hear is the bird's song. Definitely will visit again!

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.

We were delighted by this very warm, clean, modern and comfortable flat. Very comfortable bed and super helpful hosts.

Great value, very close to the slopes, and great facilities at the accomodation. There really were no negatives for the money this cost!

This was a very nice flat not far from Hyatt Hotel I Pravets. Very spacious and well equipped. There were everything needed for a stay in Pravets. On this time of year terasse could be too cold in the evening, but perfect for the summer when shadow is more appreciated. Just in front was free parking and easy access to the property. Janilina had made videos and explanation so to find flat and everything was so easy. Grocery shop was not so far away and in center of Pravets. I had dinner at Hyatt Hotel and price 66 leva for a buffet dinner and 11 leva for a glass of wine. Not so cheap but expensive place. I made dinner home the other days, but think there were a restaurant I center of Pravets. I recommend this flat to travelers to Pravets. Great golf course were I was warmly welcomed. Want to come again.
