The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and the Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

Brand new cabin by the sea, modern Nordic style. Unique location overlooking Oksøy Lighthouse and the entrance to Kristiansand. It is 30 - 40 m to the sea. The cabin is located in close proximity to the swimming area, Svaberg for swimming and fishing. The cabin has a large and pleasant living room. There is sleeping accommodation for 8 people, 4 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, with shower and toilet. Nice terrace and outdoor area. Electric vehicle charging is included. Flekkerøy, is 15 km from Kristiansand city centre, toll-free tunnel.

Architect-designed nature cabin by an idyllic lake

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Is eagle's nest not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping quarters have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here you will find good sun conditions and swimming opportunities. The property is of a high standard with a jetty and a private plot that is well furnished. You will find a dining set, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas barbecue and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.

High ceilings and panoramic views – Nordic cabin

With large windows and a high ceiling, the cabin opens up to Trysfjorden. There is plenty of space here to be together, while there is also room to retreat a little. The view and the peaceful surroundings make it easy to relax. The hot tub can be enjoyed all year round, and from winter 2026/27, the cabin will also have a sauna and a year-round outdoor shower with hot water.
