Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Velkommen til flott leilighet i Gimlekollen i Kristiansand! Denne leiligheten er en del av vårt hus, hvor vi bor med barna våre – på 16 og 9 år. Huset ligger mellom sentrum og dyreparken i et av de fineste områdene i byen. Her kan du nyte utsikt mot byen, havet og Vollevannet. Næmeste strand, ved Tretjønn, er bare 5 min gåavstand. Her er det mange fantastiske turmuligheter i Jegersberg samt muligheter for bading, fisking, gårdsbesøk osv. Det perfekte sted for både vinterferie og påskeferie!

The home has 4 bedrooms and an attic room with a sofa bed/double bed. Only 80 meters to the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And Åros beach with heated outdoor pool (extra charge) Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Looking forward to your visit! A lovely place where you can create memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. A fantastic summer cottage suitable for both families with children and individuals. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed sets and towels cost an extra NOK 1,500.
