The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Magnificent cabin for rent suitable for families with children

We would like to rent out this beautiful summer cottage. Here you have everything you need to have a lovely stay, whether it's a weekend or week(s). From June 13th to August 21st (the summer months), I want to rent out on a weekly basis. It is desirable to rent to someone who is tidy/clean, and is happy to take care of things, to say the least. Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

The home has 4 bedrooms and an attic room with a sofa bed/double bed. Only 80 meters to the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And Åros beach with heated outdoor pool (extra charge) Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Looking forward to your visit! We live only 5 minutes away and can therefore assist if there should be anything.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
