At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

On the ground floor of a 15th century building classified as a historic monument, this 2-room apartment of 36 m2, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 4 travellers. If you like the charm of the old, this place is for you. 100 m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a small quiet street, the city centre is less than 10 minutes' walk away: Vaugueux district, port, castle... Parking is free in the district. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

Nestled in a landscaped park, this small Norman house full of charm, offers you all the comfort but also a refined and harmonious decoration. Everything is beautiful and beautifully preserved. You can also enjoy your private terrace with garden furniture and fireplace.

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.

Pleasant 29 m2 studio, quiet, free private parking. Overlooking a cul-de-sac with nice views of private gardens. Green spaces "Jardin des Plantes", "Vallée des Jardins" nearby. Close to the city center, bars, restaurants (14-min walk to the pedestrian square Saint-Sauveur) and shops (supermarket 8-min walk). Great for a peaceful stay for couples, families or for a business trip.
