Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The building was once a magnificent urban aristocratic palace with a stunning private caravanserai, a gorgeous marble staircase whit statues everywhere and dome of chalk and stuccoes. If you take a guided walking tour, do not be surprised if the guide took you to our building, it's part of the tour! This will be the moment when you will certainly feel privileged. Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
