Agréable appartement de 50 m2 en rez de jardin d'une villa, situé au calme à l'entrée de Propriano , à 5mn des plages. Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)

brand new apartment, it is on the ground floor of our villa it is 30 m2, has a fully equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic plate, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. You have all the equipment (dishes, cutlery). The room is independent with a bed of 160, and a bathroom adjoining the latter. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. the apartment is air-conditioned with sea view terrace. Linens are provided (sheets and towels)
