In the summer, there is a patio in the lush garden. Parking is free on the street just outside the house. In the house there are two sets of cribs, chairs and some toys.

Lovely tiny house of 30 square meters, built in 2022 and located on a property with a larger house occupied by a family. The property offers a full kitchen with oven, micro and fridge/freezer. On the loft floor there is a 160 cm bed, sofa bed downstairs. The closest commuter train station is Älvsjö and the closest metro station is Fruängen. Both are easily reached via a short bus ride. By car you can reach central Stockholm in 10 min. No smoking allowed in or outside the house.
