The house accommodates up to 6 people. Because it is a residential neighborhood, it does not have shops on the street, but there is a supermarket, butcher shop and bakery on the neighboring streets, very close by. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The Beach and Fazendinha de Minas are in the next neighborhood, just 5 minutes by car!! Simple house, but very functional!

The 2nd bedroom also has a mirror, double bed, clothes rack, 2 single mattresses, all rooms with doors, living room, 42-inch smart TV, a sofa bed, plus a glass table, a counter, 4 stools, stove, cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator. The house does not offer bath towels and we do not have a garage in the house. Park in front of the house with 3 cameras.

Large and comfortable house. Prepared for families and groups of friends who want to be in contact with nature. The main house has 3 large en-suites, all overlooking the garden. Fireplace/reading room, living room, dining room and TV room, a basement with sofas, kitchen and balcony. A large toy room for the little ones, a Minas Gerais kitchen, with a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

It's 74 m2 full of history and charm! Spacious, well lit, airy! Access is via the side parking lot, through a wooden deck that overlooks the forest. The accommodation is behind the Host's office, which provides more privacy and comfort. The entrance door gives access to a large integrated space with living room and TV, meals and kitchen. The suite is very spacious and bright, and has a period bathroom, also spacious and bright.
