The house accommodates up to 6 people. Because it is a residential neighborhood, it does not have shops on the street, but there is a supermarket, butcher shop and bakery on the neighboring streets, very close by. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The Beach and Fazendinha de Minas are in the next neighborhood, just 5 minutes by car!! Simple house, but very functional!

The 2nd bedroom also has a mirror, double bed, clothes rack, 2 single mattresses, all rooms with doors, living room, 42-inch smart TV, a sofa bed, plus a glass table, a counter, 4 stools, stove, cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator. The house does not offer bath towels and we do not have a garage in the house. Park in front of the house with 3 cameras.

Fireplace/reading room, living room, dining room and TV room, a basement with sofas, kitchen and balcony. A large toy room for the little ones, a Minas Gerais kitchen, with a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
