Welcome to my newly built apartment, located in a quite part of Split called Sucidar. It is completely equipped with everything you might need on your vacation. It is only a minute walk from the bus stop (nr.9) leading to the center or you can walk about 25 minutes and enjoy exploring my town(2km/1.2miles). You have a breathtaking panoramic sea & mountains view. Modern furnished, air conditioned with free wi-fi and cable tv this apartment will fulfill your stay. Safe parking space inside!!

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

A spacious bedroom is highlighted by a stonewall and soft ambient lighting from pendant fixtures. A large bed with crisp white linens is positioned against the wall, complemented by a bedside table. Natural light flows through a window dressed in sheer curtains.
