Apartment holiday rentals in Sololá Department

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

An amazing spot with all that you need to decompress and enjoy the Lake. Charming with a lot of attention to details, beautiful views, kind staff and having the Okaniko restaurant available for delicious meals and cold beers makes this perfect (as there aren't many other amenities nearby- about a 20m walk along the lake to other restaurants).

If what you need is a space at a good price to sleep because you are planning to tourist, it is a very good option, it is a few steps from the Mirador and a spa. Walking a quiet step in 15 min you reach the calle de las Sombreros and calle de las sombrillas and of course on the pier that allows you to connect with the villages of Lago Atitlan. Marisol's availability and kindness are exceptional .

We had a wonderful stay in Panajachel! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Panajachel next year. Highly recommended!

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a little complicated if we don't have an internet connection because the address is not accurate and people don't necessarily know (it was dark and it was raining extra for us). So we have to print all of Johnny's advice in advance, which we hadn't completely done. For it to be perfect, it would be necessary to provide a mop also for cleaning and an extra towel. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate outside (no gas in the stove and the problem was not fixed). But despite these details, our stay was very pleasant and we would be happy to come back.

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. This space is roomy and bright. I loved laying in the hammock in the mornings. It is quite a hike up if you’re up for the exercise but the tuk tuk drivers know the place and bring you right up to the walkway leading to the gate.

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!
