This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area.

It is located about fifty kilometers from the famous Côte des Blancs, 17 km from the historic town of Châlons-en-Champagne & less than an hour from Reims. Its location will allow you to enjoy many activities to make the time of a getaway. ⚠️Breakfast is not provided. NB: possibility to do a balneo session at extra cost.

Located in the coole valley, and with a neat and warm decoration, the cottage of the barns is classified 4 stars, it has a capacity for 11 people and a baby.(5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms),a large living room with equipped kitchen. We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
