Rosi was very available and flexible for check-in and check-out time. Everything was in order and matched the description. The accommodation is really ideally located, close to Ciutadella with a very beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and a good size swimming pool, well exposed. Easy parking is also an advantage. To make everything perfect, it would be a plus to have sun loungers for the pool, a vacuum cleaner and snowshoes & balls to be able to enjoy the padel court accessible on site.

The place is perfectly located for exploring the island. A really great apartment with good parking is available right in front of the house. The terrace is also perfect. There is also a really well equipped kitchen. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to get to the old town of Ciutadella. Supermarket and restaurants are also available in the immediate vicinity. The communication with Puri was perfect, also restaurant and sightseeing recommendations were very detailed and helped a lot. Puri is very quick to respond to questions and is very accommodating. The check in and check out times were very flexible. Clear recommendation for this property (and also for Ciutadella). Would book it again!

Andreea's house is beautiful and we had a lovely stay there. It's a great set up because the pool, BBQ and house are all so close to each other and it's a very comfortable and well supplied house. You can relax all day there with friends. It's walking distance to Ciutadella (or a €5 taxi) which is a really lovely city. There's a bit of noise from the road, but other than that a really peaceful, beautiful location.

Everything is great. It is on the first floor, we accommodated well, we had not paid attention to the publication that had stairs. Some supplies were missing, such as toilet paper, but nothing serious. Thanks for your prompt responses.
