Bienvenu au Playras ! Venez vous ressourcer dans ce minuscule hameau, petit coin de paradis perché à 1100 m d altitude, orienté plein sud. Vue imprenable sur la chaîne frontalière espagnole. Ce hameau est composé d une quinzaines de granges anciennes toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, lui donnant un charme indéfinissable ! Le GR de Pays (tour du Biros) passe devant notre maison. Multiples randonnées possibles sans prendre votre voiture. Nous vous informerons volontiers !

The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Time is passing, and we are moving forward. Basic things like tranquility and simplicity have been forgotten. However, here in this beautiful corner, you can listen to the silence.

Our family attic in Esterri d'Àneu sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are mountain views from all rooms. We'll be happy to answer any of your questions about the property, local activities and surrounding area. Within 20 minutes there are 2 ski resorts, Baquiera Beret and Espot, a few kilometres further afield are the resorts of Port Ainé and Tavascan.

IMPORTANT: Veillez à me contacter avant d'effectuer ou de confirmer toute réservation. Concernant l'accès, la maison se trouve au bout d'une piste de 7 km. Les 5 premiers km sont carrossables, et les 2 derniers km sont non carrossables. Il vous faudra donc marcher les 2 derniers km, soit environ 40 mn. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture en toute sécurité dans une clairière.
