Coll d’es Pi, is a paradise of 60,000m2 in the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site) where time stands still. Its terrace overlooking the sea and mountains will hypnotize you and at night you can contemplate the most starry nights of the whole island. The house has 350m2 with capacity for 9 people: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, heating, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Pool with chill out. Children's game room,tree House. This beautiful townhouse, with ETV/4500 License, is located in a privileged location, a few minutes walk from the center, but with great privacy and unbeatable views towards the highest mountain in Mallorca, Puig Major, the village and the entire valley in general. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €2/day per person over 14 years of age to be paid upon arrival in the Balearic Islands. Tenants will be asked for the documentation referred to in the attached Royal Decree 933/2021.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.
