From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
