Centrally located townhouse with private parking for two cars, close to park with good rental space and green area. Enclosed garden with several terraces. Walking distance to the city center, garden area, swimming pool, sports center and Ringkøbing Fjord. Two bedrooms. A large double bed, a small double bed and the possibility of a baby guest bed. Utility room with both a washer and dryer. Kitchen with dishwasher. Dining room with room for 6 people, as well as living room with sofa arrangement.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Der skal kun passeres 1 klitrække, før man står med fødderne i strandens hvide sand. Der er 2 soveværelser. En med dobbeltseng, og en med 2 enkelt senge. Dejlig lukket have med god læ for vinden. Bright property with room for many.

Really nice holiday home located in a quiet setting. Great for children, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. In 2007, 240 m2 was renovated, and it is this section that we will let you stay in. The whole place is heated with underfloor heating.
