This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Holiday on a farm and yet a short distance to beaches, animal park and Mandal. Apartment in courtyard with 3 bedrooms. Ideal for companies that need a relaxing place for their employees for a shorter period. Also suitable for 2 families. It is 10 min to Mandal, 5 min to beaches and the sea. 45 min to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. It is a nice apartment on the side if you are more in the traveling party, which can be rented. There is a nice covered terrace.

Great outdoor areas with two terraces and large garden. The home is centrally located and about 5 min from the city center by car. Good opportunities in bus as well.
