This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). A total of 3 beds, queen and double, in each room. Mattress bedding is prepared in the attic-type room with a two-story loft structure (air conditioner in each room). It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large floor space, a family gathering workshop, etc. Only one team is used. Enjoy barbecue (winter season, rainy season barbecue room) and campfire in the cozy garden. Enjoy karaoke with a large TV in the spacious living room. Josan Beach is 3 minutes by car, Naksan Beach is 5 minutes, Sokcho is 15 minutes, Daepo Port is 10 minutes, and Solbisol Resort is 5 minutes.

You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face contact, and you can freely use the barbecue, yard, stream, terrace, etc. alone~ My parents live there, so they can respond immediately to any inconvenience or requests. Although it is in the countryside, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulchi Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Nakshan Temple, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 won when using the barbecue or pot lid.
