Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sooke

Great short term rental for us. Gave us the driveway to park, well appointed suite with all the necessities, bed was top shelf, very comfy-slept in both mornings! Ill stay here again if available.

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Seven of us stayed a week and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely try to stay here again. The house was perfect on a quiet street steps away from the fantastic Cook Street Village. It was about a 20 min walk to downtown but the loveliest walk as we often went through the park seeing peacocks and deer. The beds were very comfortable and the first floor was such a wonderful space to hang out with lots of seating for all of us and we actually ended up cooking quite a bit because the kitchen was so well equipped. Drew was also the friendliest host we've ever had on an Airbnb as well. I highly recommend this house!

Stayed here for a weekend to visit friends, great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Super comfortable bed! Loved the patio and the indoor fireplace.

Beautiful spot to stay in port Renfrew to access all of the great natural sights in the area. The house is well equipped, comfortable and easy to find.

The Seaflow home was so peaceful and secluded. Our family of four absolutely loves this property and enjoyed the nearby outdoor recreation opportunities. Julie’s surrounding area recommendations were awesome. Julie and her team were quick to respond to our questions and provided clear and concise instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning place, surrounded by nature in an amazing well maintained backyard and place. We had an extremely relaxing and fun time there! Great amenities,loved the fire pit and the loft for star gazing. The outdoor tub is a great extra. Our dog loved it so much too. Really helpful and responsive host. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Beautiful home the house was stocked with all the basics in kitchen and bathroom-nice outdoor space. Host was super responsive to my technology challenged brain. It was peaceful and loved the pool, pool table and games great family fun! A+

We had an amazing stay at Gramma Rikki’s beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of two families (4 adults + 3 young kids). The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms to toys, books, and kid-friendly touches throughout. The huge yard, hot tub, and fresh-water pond were big hits, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Gramma Rikki was incredibly warm and welcoming - an outstanding host. We’d absolutely come back again!

The Treehouse Cabin was an excellent space for our group of ten!! Patrycja and Adrian were fabulous hosts. Accommodating to our few requests and quick to reply to any questions we had. The property is a bit of a ride from downtown Victoria, but by being so it allows some peace and privacy from the crowds and traffic. There was so much we could do without even having to leave the property. Air hockey, pool, hot tub, and darts, just to name a few! The home was well stocked with serveware, basic kitchen items, cleaning supplies, some bathroom supplies, and more. If I could do it again, the only thing I would change is planning trips into downtown Victoria a bit better to reduce driving and maybe allowing some more time to enjoy what the home offers!

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Super convenient and comfortable. Enjoyed gas fireplace, pool table and comfortable beds. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The street was very quiet. I think there was only one or two other cabins that were being used that week, which means we had a very peaceful stay. We locked out it was also very sunny the entire week. The place was amazing with big windows, it was clean, bright and beautiful. Thank you very much Cheryl. We had a wonderful stay. We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

Toddler is already asking to go back! We had an awesome stay at the cabin and a very good experience with Phillip. The cabin is cuter and brighter than the photos show, and it was very clean. We tent camp regularly, but I was worried it might be a little too rainy and chilly for a two year old, and I was right! The cabin was the perfect solution to give us the unplugged aspect of camping with some extra creature comforts. The river is absolutely gorgeous and the sounds were so soothing. We bought four bundles of firewood from Phillip, and it was there waiting for us in the cabin. Great fire pit by the water! Enjoyed the deck areas, having a small covered outdoor space was so perfect when it was drizzly. Enjoyed fishing the creek, didn't catch anything but we're not anglers by any means. There weren't many people at the campground across the river, probably due to time of year. The outhouse obviously isn't fancy, but it was very clean and we felt very comfortable using it. What a beautiful place. I didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect from the outside to the inside. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to book here. I will definitely be back.

The place was great. We very much enjoyed our short stay on Salt Spring.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Gaye and Len's recently! Gaye and Len were perfect hosts and very accommodating. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy and a perfect size for 1-2 people. It's quite well equipped and we had all our needs met! The surroundings are beautiful and conveniently close to groceries and many other amenities within walking distance! We'd be happy to stay there again someday if possible but in the meantime we will be recommending this stay to anyone looking for a Vancouver Island getaway!

Jenas place was perfect for us. We had a great few days despite the rain! Jena has thought of everything you need to make this home from home with lots of useful extra items!

Lovely suite and conveniently located. We had freshly roasted coffee beans waiting for us. The bed was really comfortable and we had a wonderful sunset view from our bedroom.

Wendy's place was so quiet and peaceful, we absolutely loved staying here! We had everything we needed and the space was really well set up. It was a perfect spot to stay! Wendy's property is wonderful and we enjoyed getting to see her friendly dog, the horse and goats! Wendy was really helpful with great local recommendations, there's much more for us to come back and do on a future trip!

The hosts were very graceful and understanding of my anxious dog. They answered all of my questions promptly. The roads in the area are long and windy, so be aware of this in case anyone in your party has motion sickness issues. It was perfect for me as I love exploring new areas. Those from out of town may want to research the controversy surrounding the bear mountain/highlands area and local first nations communities.
