Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Agréable chalet de 50m2 très bien équipé pour 6 personnes . 2 chambres avec dressing dont une avec tv, un convertible dans le salon avec tv. A l'extérieur un côté dinatoire avec barbecue et un côté salon+ transats sur une parcelle de 270m2 pouvant recevoir un véhicule. Très bien situé dans une zone calme tout en étant à proximité des activités du camping, il vous sera demandé un chèque de 80 euros pour le ménage qui vous sera restitué en fin de séjour si tout est propre

Nous vous proposons ce charmant chalet de 20 m2 avec un jardin de 70 m2. canape lit avec matelas de 17 cm d epaisseur. Il est situé à 1,3 kms de la plage Boccacabana, 5 min en vélo, 3 min en voiture. A disposition il y'a 2 VTT musculaires . Bus à 2 min qui vous amène à Cannes en 15 min. Nous nous trouvons à 5 min de la zone ind. Ce chalet est situé dans notre propriete mais vous n 'aurez aucun vis à vis avec nous. JACUZZI A DISPOSITION A PARTIR DE 4 NUITS MINIMUM

Small cozy cottage on the edge of the forest

Minimaliste, au confort simple, propice au calme, à la détente et pour se déconnecter, notre petit chalet de 40 m2 dont 20 en mezzanine ( attention toiture en pente, escalier de meunier) est installé sur le même terrain que notre maison, à 3km du village de Biot, à mi-chemin entre Nice et Cannes. Non-fumeur à l'intérieur Ni WiFI ni télévision WC en extérieur ( ont remplacé les toilettes sèches) Clim réversible Relaxation et modelage sonore sur demande.
