You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

The house, on two levels, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a bathroom dug into the tufo rock, while the bedroom and a living room are located on the level above. The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!

The renovated tuff cottage, surrounded by greenery, is located at the crossroads between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany, a few minutes from Lake Bolsena and about an hour from the sea. Just over half an hour's drive away are the most famous spas in Italy, such as Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano and the Terme dei Papi in Viterbo, ideal even in the middle of winter. For cultural tourism and relaxation.

The cave

My place is in the old town. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book for at least for 3 people.
