Old refurbished photo workshop of 90 m2 offering a high ceiling and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Cottage located in the deep earth of traditional Norman village . 5 Km from the beaches of Les Petites Dalles and St Pierre en Port. The Bike path is near. This is a 17th century's long house divided in 3 parts. Separation walls are heavy and the acoustic insulation is excellent. You have your own full equipped terrace , and the bakery is just in front.
