The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a single-family home that stands for itself, so the surroundings are peaceful, with the shore and the sea as the closest neighbor. There is a bustling animal and bird life around the house where you can see elk, reindeer, foxes, otters, hares and eagles. Southwest facing good sun conditions, and summer time you will be able to see the midnight sun from the property.

The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

A cozy cottage with an ocean view in a tranquil island, a place where you can start to explore the beauty of Vesterålen. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. Idyllisk beliggenhet nært sjøen, gode turmuligheter i området. 5 min. med bil til butikker i sentrum og kort vei til Stokmarknes lufthavn. Det er 20 min. å kjøre til Melbu og fergen som tar deg til Lofoten. Gode muligheter for parkering og el.bil lading. Huset har varmekabler i gulv og varmepumpe. Det er to bad og tre soverom. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Wifi og tv med cromecast. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken .

My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

There is 2 bathrooms With shower and toller .
