Cabin at Smines, Vesterålen

Welcome to our cabin at Smines in Vesterålen! Only 25 minutes away from Sortland and 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store in Eidfjorden. Idyllic, secluded cabin by the lake with its own floating jetty and rowing boat. All fishing equipment and life jackets are on site! The boat will not be available from October to April! Enjoy the beautiful nature that Vesterålen has to offer with hiking opportunities in the area, and dancing northern lights in autumn/winter. Keep an eye out for the wild animals that roam around, such as moose, otters, eagles, hares and puffins!

The view

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. The cabin is privately located with a lovely view of Eidsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! The midnight sun gives you bright nights from about May 23 to around July 20.

The place is located in the middle between Bø, Øksnes, Sortland which offers a varied hiking terrain with marked hiking trails. The mountain Reka, which you can see from the cabin. Whale safari in Øksnes and Andøy. Several beautiful sandy beaches with white sand in Øksnes and Bø municipality. Day trips to amazing Øksnes Vestbygd can be made by speedboat from Skjellfjord quay. Short distance to Lofoten. There are good fishing opportunities nearby. Has a boat with 9.9 hp engine. Pets allowed. I live close to the rental unit and am available.

A cosy cabin in an idyllic location right by the lake. Here you can rent a boat with fishing equipment or walk on the area's beautiful hiking trails. There are good opportunities for hunting, fishing, swimming and mountain hikes. Warm days can be enjoyed on a large terrace with fantastic views. From the cabin, you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding nature. Easy access via a path about 50 metres from the parking area. The cabin is also equipped with everything you need - bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and basic supplies.

Cozy cabin in Kjerringnesdalen in Vesterålen

Cozy old cabin in the forest with 12v electricity. Located by Kjerringnesvatnet in Vesterålen, 15 km from Sortland. Suitable for families or couples who want nature experiences. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

This is in Vesterålen, north of Lofoten. The cottage is located by the sea, sheltered and idyllic. Great mountains just behind. Nice walking areas. Cozy barbecue area. Three alcoves on the loft, with a total of 5 beds. The loft has a low ceiling, and the stairs are quite steep, so it is not suitable for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also designed for families with board games, movies, legos and books. Hot tub fired with wood, on the porch, can be rented as well for extra cost.

The perfect base for exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten, or just for relaxing. Parking for 2-3 cars. (No space for camping vans)

Hytten har innlagt vann og strøm så her mangler ingenting. Bilvei helt frem til hytten med stor parkeringsplass. Stedet kan by på gode fiskemuligheter rett nedenfor hytta. Nydelige fjellturer i nærområdet med flotte ferskvann som kan fiskes i. Ypperlige forhold for løpeturer på grusvei. Padling i fjorden og oppover elven.
