The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment, you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes' walk to the Smögen pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with an elevator up to the apartment. When renting, you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Rösholmen is perfect for those of you who want a quiet and unique stay in the middle of Bohuslän, where Smögen and Kungshamn's offerings are just around the corner as well as unparalleled nature. The island is very popular with families with children as there is a lot to discover and do. There are nice rock pools, a sandy beach in a sheltered bay with jellyfish nets, tennis courts, ping-pong room, sauna, barbecue area, playground, seafood with kiosk.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a residential building in central Hunnebostrand. The apartment is renovated/newly built in 2016 and very nice. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sleeping places, separate bedroom and toilet shower with washing machine and dryer. Patio and large garden with playground equipment for children. Parking space is available at the apartment. Private entrance. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are not included but can be ordered for a fee. We are a family who lives upstairs in the house.

Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Hello! My apartment is located in the middle of Smögenbryggan. It is close to restaurants, shopping, the cliffs with salty baths at sunset. Bars and nightlife are around the corner but not disturbing in the apartment. The accommodation is newly renovated, fresh and nice. There are small bedrooms but you can close yourself off anyway (4 of the beds are bunk beds, 90 & 110 cm wide). You will love being here and enjoying the pearl of the west coast!!
