Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Charming villa near the pier

Experience Smögen in this villa with lovely spaces, wonderful terrace & sun all day. Place to eat, barbecue and sunbathe. The house is located in the core of the island, on the edge of Smögen square, a stone's throw to the famous Smögenbryggan and saltwater swimming. Restaurants within 5 minutes and the bakery for breakfast or good buns 3 houses away. 200 meters to the jetty with shops, restaurants, ferries to Hållö and Kungshamn. ICA store 1 km away but milk & the like are available at the tobacco shop 75 meters away in the square, across from the bakery.

Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the south-facing balcony. The balcony has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway, there is a guest toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small extra room that can be used for a sleeping area. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property (see picture parking)

Parking for three cars and the possibility to charge an electric car (for a fee). Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest

The house is located high on a hilltop with terrace all around and with two patios that allow you to enjoy the sun all day/evening.

Välkomna till detta soliga och havsnära samt familjevänliga boende i Kungshamn! Här bor ni härligt 10+ Vill du njuta av allt som kusten har att erbjuda men ändå inte bo mitt i smeten? Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.

På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!
