At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is in the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that no TV / wifi is available and it is low ceilings. Nice house on Smögen

Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the south-facing balcony. The balcony has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway, there is a guest toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small extra room that can be used for a sleeping area. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property (see picture parking)

Close to the sea

Newly renovated house of 63 well-planned square meters. Two smaller bedrooms with 90 cm wide beds. One larger bedroom with one 160 cm wide bed. In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

Newly built house in Bovallstrand

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Most amenities are available such as washing machine, outdoor gym and outdoor furniture. The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you have to do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.

1 bedroom with double bed. 1 double bedroom + bunk bed. There are 2 extra beds + foldable crib. (Duvet and pillows for all beds.) Bathroom with shower + 1 guest toilet. Large kitchen with exit to glazed patio and lawn. Large living room at an angle with dining area and TV-room. Close to shop, swimming area and boat harbor. Walking distance to Smögenbryggan. Takes about 15 minutes. Limited parking by the house (1-2 cars) but there are parking spaces in the boat harbor. Final cleaning is done by guest

Home located on one of the most picture perfect streets in Bovallstrand. A block away from the square and harbor restaurant as well as the towns tennis courts. In addition it is only a couple minutes walk away from Badholmarna - the best place to go swimming on a sunny day. The entire house is newly renovated and easily fits 8 people with room left to add baby cots should you need to. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement. Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.
