To the swimming ladder out on the jetty, it is only 50 meters and to the beach at Skomakarudden, it is about 300 meters. There are many nice hiking trails with nice viewpoints, and in the illuminated trail there is an outdoor gym. The property is fenced in so that the dog can run loose. Parking: 1 on the property + free on the street.
