This 26 sq m studio apartment is ideally located and completely furnished including an equipped kitchen, TV, private bathroom and balcony with a panoramic view of the blue Aegean sea, surrounding mountains and magical sunsets. It is easy to arrive here and travel around the island! We recommend these accommodations to guests who appreciate nature, who prefer quiet relaxation on their holidays and have their own automobile for transportation. Free public parking is located very close by.

The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. The view from its private patio in the garden looks westward towards the sea, northward and southward to the beautiful hillsides which cradle the village.

You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port
