Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Preciosa casa de campo rodeada de naturaleza con espectaculares vistas a los Picos de Europa. A 5 minutos de Cangas de Onís, 20 de Covadonga, 30 de Ribadesella y Llanes, 45 de Oviedo ó Gijón. Casa muy acogedora, nueva , con todas las comodidades. En las cercanías el visitante puede encontrar diversas empresas de ocio que le proporcionarán gran cantidad de actividades, rutas a caballo, quads, montaña y senderismo, descenso en canoa por el río Sella, barranquismo, etcétera... Lugar ideal..!!!

Located just above the cliff of Llumeres, with privileged and direct views to the Faro Peñas, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with sea views) full bathroom, relaxation area and a very large bedroom with integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views.
