This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Located in Maromme, in the Rouen area, this red brick house can accommodate up to 11 people, throughout the year, for one night or more. Take advantage of its immediate proximity to the A150 (Rouen <> Yvetot axis) or the Paul Vauquelin sports complex. The Autonomous Port of Rouen and the Mont-Saint-Aignan academic campus are within a 10-minute drive. 3 bedrooms, a large open living space and a landscaped garden/private parking are at your disposal.

Many hiking trails are accessible near the cottage. In summer and winter you can enjoy the jacuzzi as well as the sauna.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
