Beachfront holiday rentals in Sottomarina

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We were very well hosted. Our hosts are very friendly and available. They anticipated any questions or issues we might have encountered throughout our stay. The listing is very well equipped and as described. It is located outside of Venice while being close by. The place is quiet and very well located. We highly recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well heated. The location is convenient to both the beaches and the center of Chioggia. The apartment is on the second floor and the access stairs are "challenging" if you have a large luggage. The bikes provided make it easy to get around. There are some paid parking areas nearby, 5-8-12€ per day in low season. The instructions provided make it easy to find the apartment.

It was perfect for our stay during the Venice Film Festival.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Very welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, clean room and bathroom. Very quick access to the beach and Lido city center.

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

The apartment was not the one in the photo, they moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of an improvement solution. The apartment was very nice and we found everything we needed for our stay.

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

Overall very nice apartments, great for the dogs. Very animal-friendly hotel.

How can you reduce such a special experience with just a thousand characters? I'd like to say a lot. I want any future guest to know that Simonetta is an extraordinary woman. In a few minutes of welcome we got in touch; we confided and her story deeply moved me. I therefore decided to honor the fragility. To reward sweetness. The heart of this woman who does everything she can to please her guests. Simonetta made me find the beds ready, she took care of the arrangement of sheets and quilts. She even turned on a Led light for the night, so dear to her husband, who is now gone. For all these reasons, I find it extremely difficult to judge an essential point, which unfortunately for me is sacred. Bathroom hygiene. I'm sure you missed it and didn't want to. To protect Simonetta as much as possible, I will not go into the details. The five-star award despite everything. That bathroom will shine in the future,right?

Our stay went wonderfully well with Franca who is a great host. Listening and responsive . the place is very nice and the area is pretty .( Downside for the lady above a little noisy in the morning ) . Venice is easily accessible by taking a bus and then a vaporetto . a very good value ,for an exotic getaway. Thanks

The best place for beautiful days in Venice!!! Very quiet apartment with the most beautiful view of the lagoon and Venice you can have. Perfectly equipped with lots of free stowage space. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Parking spot in front of the door freely available. Once around the corner, a bar with cornetti, a delicatessen with everything your heart desires, and a greengrocer. We cycled about 5 minutes to the vaporetto station. Was ideal. We have recommended the neighborhood to so many friends and will definitely be back.

If you are flying to or our of Marco Polo Airport this is the most convenient location and easiest to navigate : 1. “People mover “ will take you straight to /from,the boat docking area - takes 15 to 20 minutes but you don’t ever exit the airport 2. Boat ride takes about 80-90 minutes ( boat makes several stops) to Arsenale station and you don’t need to go up and down the bridges at all nor to carry your luggage long way . Iness’ place is easy to find and it is only 5-10 minutes wall from /to the boat docking area. Boats run every 25- 30 minutes. 3. The same boat line services the other areas of Venice as well - however the way to / from your place to the boat may be more complicated depending on the location of your apartment

We loved this place, plenty of space for the whole family, beautiful absolutely quiet area , the kilometer-long public sandy beach on one side the vaporetto dock to Venice,Murano, Burano, etc. on the other side can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot! Shopping facilities are abundant, especially conad leaves nothing to be desired. Also the transfer to the airport (Marco Polo) in our case is easy, you can buy a multi-day ticket for the vaporetto including bus ride to the airport directly at the airport!

Corrado is a super host, giving advices and always ready to help. I fullg recomend him and his appartment in Venice.

Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.

Aldo and his wife are a really nice couple who make you feel welcome. If you like walking/cycling, eating & drinking & watching the sunset on the lagoon then you will like it here.
