Very clean and functional accommodation, the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is a real plus. This is not a tourist area but very quiet and peaceful. Oratic location with Bolt (uber equivalent) or by car to go to Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said or even gammarth. Thanks to Anis for hosting us.

This is the perfect place for a family stay in Tunis. We were warmly welcomed by the host. The pool and garden are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I'll be back next year.

I start with the host Aziz who is very courteous very responsive and discreet The villa is beautiful the photos on the site do not show all the hidden of the villa in reality the villa is much more beautiful than on the site and a very nice surprise The villa is very authentic and true to its time while offering a formidable comfort. A bookstore is available to occupy young and old as for athletes, a beautiful pool and a large field for exercise We left reluctantly at the end of the stay

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful home! The house is perfectly maintained, with a superb garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. It's a real haven of peace. The pool, very clean and well maintained, is shared, but we didn't meet anyone else during our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely discreet, we never met them. A big thank you also to Baya, the housekeeper, who, at our request, prepared delicious small dishes for us. She cooks great! If we were to come back to Tunis, we will definitely stay in this house again. I highly recommend this location!

Bilel was very responsive in our communication and advised us on the applications to be used ( taxis, meal deliveries). The house is spacious, the pool is heated and pleasant and well wooded. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is well located but requires the use of taxis to get to the sites to visit. Thanks again!

very nice accommodation. as advertised. Quiet because there's a dead end. Small touches upon arrival allow you to eat and quench your thirst upon arrival. very responsive host when we did not have hot water. the pool is very pleasant and well heated. Possibility to go into town a 5 min walk where you can find shops and restaurants. I will return there without any problem. the bedding may need to be reviewed.

What to say about Thouraya and her adorable husband! They were available all the time to make us discover this beautiful country that is Tunisia, we were invited to have Breakfast by the pool, they didn't take us to visit the marsa, they even took us to the airport! everything is nearby, the house is great it feels like home I highly recommend it and I will come back for sure!!!! thank you again for your kindness ❤️

I had never been to Tunisia and decided to take my 3 sons. This was one of the best holidays we had . The hosts parents were just amazing ! We received a welcome breakfast on arrival and they would go out of their way to assist us in whichever way they could. It really felt like a home away from our home . The hospitality and kindness and care to our needs at all times . The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures! Situated only 30 mins from the airport and close to literally everything. I would definitely love to come back again next year ☺️ thank you for making our holiday so special 💕

Stay for one night - clean and very cozy accommodation, it feels like home!

It's my second time at Nabil's place and will definitely come again. The place is sparkling clean, has 2 air-conditions, close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and anything you will need during your stay. Nabil is very friendly, and 4 he is always there to help and assist anytime. You can find taxis very easily, buy any grocery and sleep in the quietness the flat offers. Houda was extremely friendly and accommodating. An all around great person that goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Do not hesitate to rent with her.

What an amazing space and host! It was perfectly located to all the places we like to visit. The unit is private with shared space. Only downside was the Internet signal was too weak to connect to but luckily my husband had a hot spot. Will definitely stay there again.
