As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

A peaceful oasis in the countryside

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. Only one accommodation is available for rent and you will be the only ones to use the private pool, heated in season, solar shower, deckchairs and bath towels provided. Play a game of pétanque or take a break from reading by the pond. bed linen and bathroom linen provided the beaches are 20 minutes away, the city center is 5 kms away. the 65 sqm home is on the ground floor of the family home, with independent access.

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!
