Bien noter qu’il n’y a pas de cuisine mais vous disposez d’un espace repas avec tout le nécessaire pour vous préparer une boisson chaude. Une chambre, salle d’eau. Parking privé, jardin et parc. Commerces, nombreux restaurants et cinéma à 800m. Accès centre ville à pied par une ruelle.(Animaux non acceptés).

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.
