With ferns suspended and a large wooden countertop for meals, the space has ample views of one of São Paulo's largest commercial hubs. PLEASE, photographic rehearsals as well as filming are PROHIBITED in the apartment and in case of non-compliance with the rule will be subject to A FINE! The venue features a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room, TV room, sofa bed, all dishes, linens, towels, silverware, glasses and glasses, pots, appliances such as blender, iron, grill, toaster, oven and microwave. It’s just a few blocks from trendy stores and from Palermo Hollywood with its dancing clubs, bars, and terrific dining. A Subte station is close by to access central Buenos Aires. The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building.
