This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few. Aside from the peaceful setting we offer, our suite is private and spacious.
