Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

It's like a small apartment in a building, but without the noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors. There is also free parking space for one car. There is no TV here, but you can use your devices to watch videos as you will have access to free high speed WiFi.

Truly fabulous 3 bedroom home set in a beautiful neighborhood. Expansive living room with 75 inch Sony smart TV and xfinity cable, large couch with chaise, and sleeper sofa. This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI.
