The street is absolutely quiet, there are no bars or discos. Entry is allowed to the guest house for the purpose of unloading and loading luggage. Entry to other parts of the city is only allowed with a permit. There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby. The guest house is an immovable cultural monument built in 1620 and is under the protection of UNESCO. Opened after reconstruction in 12/2024.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on the first floor. Each house has parking for 1 car. The house is part of the Residence Lipno complex.

The apartments are completely renovated and accommodate 7 adults and 3 children in cribs. The house is located in Protivín, a short walk from Písek and is a perfect destination for families with children and cyclists.
