There is a small grocery store nearby that is open every day, including weekends, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It has fresh baked goods every day, so you can prepare your own inexpensive breakfast.

The 2-bedroom house is a two-story house/terraced house. On the ground floor there is an entrance, toilet, living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining table. Entrance to the covered terrace and also the staircase to the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms here. One with 2 beds and the other with 3 beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on the first floor. Each house has parking for 1 car. The house is part of the Residence Lipno complex.

The apartments are completely renovated and accommodate 7 adults and 3 children in cribs. The house is located in Protivín, a short walk from Písek and is a perfect destination for families with children and cyclists. The house is located in Sumava, Sušice in the village of Rábí (350 inhabitants) directly in the foothills of the castle of Rábí in the monument zone. Family-friendly recreation, especially for families with young children and families with a dog (small garden right next to the building), but also for seniors. The view from the guesthouse is directly on the castle of Rabi. In total it is possible to accommodate up to 9 people.

From the apartment you can easily get anywhere on foot, you are in Aquaworld in 2 minutes, on the beach and in the marina in 5 minutes and you can reach the center of summer and winter sports activities to the cable car in 10 minutes.
