You will be staying at home in this spacious 2+1 apartment. Bedroom 3 beds, living room 1 bed and sofa. In close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacy, clinic, public transport, as well as a recreational area by the Malše River. Short walking distance 15 minutes to the historic center along the river, ample bike paths. Possibility to park one personal car ( motorcycle ) in a locked area of the yard, right at the entrance to the house. The possibility of storing sports equipment. Personal handover of the apartment. Parking is included in the price of the stay.

Our main point is complete peace ,great accessibility and nature that surrounds the location. You can use a natural swimming pool in the summer, ski trails in winter and the proximity of ski lifts. And above all, you are surrounded by forests full of mushrooms and blueberries ,solitude and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Cottage right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, rest on the pier, garden pins, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for football, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with barbecue, possibility of grilling right next to the water. On the property there is another cottage, which serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Fishing is not permitted in the adjacent ponds. Arrival around 15h. in the afternoon Departure around 11h. Morning Tel. 774 483 003

The cottage stands right on the banks of the Želivka River in the old tourist destination of the sought-after village of Želiv. The cottage has an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a bathing barrel with a hot tub. Great starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings, or for biking.
