River front living in luxury. Temporarily anchor a boat out front of this waterfront home this summer. This magnificent duplex located on the Clyde river is a fantastic getaway from busy city life. Open floor plan living, dining and kitchen areas are located at the front of the complex surrounded by glass to capture the 180 degree views of the bay. The front main balcony provides stunning panoramic bay views for outdoor entertaining, and rear yard with a garden and backyard, outdoor shower.

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.
