My house has a solar heated swimming pool (not 100% heated) and is located in the Atlantic Forest, in Marina Guarujá, with a mooring pier for large boats up to 60 feet, and a ramp for jet skis and other small boats. The security of the condominium is of a high standard. The condominium has a restaurant for residents, a gym, a tennis court and a football pitch. It is located in Canal de Bertioga, with access to the sea.

Ideal for those coming with friends or family and also for couples looking for contact with nature. The river is great for swimming and fishing, and is navigable to several points. We have a trapeze for jumping into the river and a Canadian canoe and kayak available. In the village there is the Marinho restaurant and it is possible to rent a boat and fishing equipment. We now have Wi-Fi!
