Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury. Would suit couples visiting the area or a base to work from. We have a lovely traditional pub right next door and a very good Indian restaurant just 5 mins walk down the road.

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

Chipping Sodbury is the perfect location for exploring nearby attractions, such as the village of Badminton, the city of Bristol, and Westonbirt Arboretum. Whether you’re interested in history, nature, or simply relaxing, there’s something for everyone. The highstreet also has multiple restaurants and pubs, perfect for every occasion.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.
