Julie's place is so welcoming, warm and cosy, very comfortable bed and spacious modern shower room. Julie left treats for us and checked in on our first day to make sure we were ok. It is perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds by road or train. We enjoyed finding out about the history of Evesham by doing the circular walk which took us all day, stopping for a picnic in beautiful surroundings. Ate at Thai Emerald and Translylvanian restaurant, both excellent food and service. Would definitely return. A great Airbnb find !

We had a wonderful stay with Liz! She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and her friendly nature really made us feel at home. The place itself was peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Throughout our stay, Liz was always available and happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The Annexe had everything we needed and has a wonderful homely feel to it throughout.

My husband and I felt immediately at home in Linda's annex, which was clean, included all the amenities, the ideal size for a couple (including the spacious bath tub) and meeting a perfect balance between cozy and tastefully quirky. It's separated from the main house which gives it all the privacy one might want, but Linda's house and courtyard are only separated from the annex and its patio by a wooden fence, so we knew that she was close by if needed, and so were the fresh eggs provided by her chickens. It also meant that we had the chance to meet her lovely goats and dogs which, what with both of us being animal lovers, was a highlight of our stay. Linda was both helpful and very understanding, considering our stay there began with our mistakenly turning up a week early and having to pack up and leave again..! Ideally situated for exploring Cotswolds and Malverns with a vast breadth of English countryside to enjoy. Warmly recommended.

Suited us beautifully as a rabbit hole to join in a local folk festival in Evesham. Everything as promised, but did miss a teapot! But we are old school and like our tea from a pot rather than a bag like the rest of the world. History of Blackminster would be a good thing and even the history of the building. Good stay at an excellent venue
