Walk across the Bridge of Lions to downtown St. Augustine with amazing restaurants and attractions. Half a mile to historic downtown! Less than 1 mile to the Castillo de San Marcos fort. Anastasia State Park Beach, the world famous Alligator Farm and Zipline, and the lighthouse are less than two miles away. Several restaurants and bars only a few blocks away. Whether going to the old fort, lighthouse or Flagler College, our home provides a great base for exploring an amazing part of Florida!

The Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve is available a few miles north for hiking/biking trails, kayaking & fishing. The entire home is yours!

Longvue is an Old Florida house set on private Medicis island in the Intracoastal Waterway surrounded by the Guana/Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73,000 acres) and Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acres). Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.
